ScoreKing is a web entertainment application operated by Four Penguins Ventures S.L., Tax ID (CIF) B88238647, registered address at Calle Carril Cordobesa 29, 29003 Málaga (Spain), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Málaga.

2. Purpose

ScoreKing is an entertainment application designed exclusively for groups of people — friends, family, colleagues — to take part in football score prediction games. The sole purpose of this application is to have fun. It has no commercial, advertising or profit-making purpose for its users.

3. Acceptable use

By registering, you agree to use the application lawfully and respectfully. It is prohibited to use the application for illegal activities, to register false personal data of third parties, or to engage in any behaviour that negatively affects other participants' experience.

4. User account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will result in the permanent deletion of all your data.

5. Limitation of liability

ScoreKing is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability. We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions. As this is an entertainment application with no real-money betting, no liability arises from prediction outcomes.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain), unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
